This Privacy Policy explains how J-RUS, Inc. ("J-RUS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide. When you complete our contact or inquiry form, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, the type of party you are (e.g., dealer or partner), and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data in server logs — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, referring website, and the date and time of your visit — which we use to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. See Cookies and tracking below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about wholesale, inventory, or partnership opportunities;
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- To measure and improve our marketing and advertising, including online advertising campaigns;
- To protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; and
- To comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, conversion tracking, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not set cookies for advertising or remarketing, and we do not load third-party advertising scripts.
The site embeds video content from YouTube using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits cookie use unless you play a video. If you play an embedded video, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Our website hosting and form-processing provider processes technical data as necessary to deliver the site and to receive and store form submissions on our behalf.
If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future — for example Google Analytics, or Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing — we will update this policy and revise the effective date above at or before the time those technologies become active. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (also called "targeted advertising"). We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as website hosting, form processing, analytics, and advertising), under obligations to protect your information;
- Legal and safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, customers, or others; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to opt out or contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to limit certain processing. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our site does not currently respond to them.
Communications, and consent to calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree that J-RUS, Inc. may contact you at that number by call or text message, including by automated dialing or prerecorded voice, regarding wholesale, inventory, and partnership opportunities. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by telling us during a call, or by emailing Jrusauto@gmail.com. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance. If you do not provide this consent, we will respond to your inquiry by email only.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your California privacy rights
This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this policy. It uses categories defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").
Categories of personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, IP address.
- Commercial information — the substance of your inquiry and any records of communications with us.
- Internet or other electronic network activity — pages requested, referring website, browser and device information.
- Professional or employment-related information — the type of party you identify yourself as (for example, dealer or partner/investor).
- Approximate geolocation — general location inferred from IP address.
Sources: directly from you when you submit a form, call, or email us; and automatically from your device and browser when you visit the site.
Business purposes for collection: to respond to and follow up on your inquiry; to operate, secure, and improve the site; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
Categories disclosed for a business purpose: we may disclose identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity information to service providers that host our website, process form submissions, and provide email and communications services, each under contractual obligations to protect the information.
Sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and therefore do not use or disclose it for purposes requiring a right to limit.
Sale and sharing: we have not sold personal information, and we have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Retention: we retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to and maintain our business relationship with you, and thereafter as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping purposes.
Your rights. Subject to verification and legal exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, but you may still submit a request); and
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights.
How to submit a request. You may submit a request using either of these two methods:

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, and may extend that period by an additional 45 days where permitted, with notice to you. To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting — typically by asking you to confirm details you previously provided to us. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of certain other states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of others — may have rights to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of that data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling. As described above, we do not engage in targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or emailing Jrusauto@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will inform you in writing of the outcome of any appeal, and of how to contact your state attorney general if you have concerns about the result.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, social media or video platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
